I can not find a video from VMPro to use in LSPro

Issue: I am creating an event and I want to use a video from my VMPro account for this event.

1- Go to Media.

2- Click on browse videos from VideoManager Pro for intro/outro of the event. If you can not find the specific video in VMPro, it might be possible that the video is not released or you do not have access it in VMPro. To check if the video is released or not, go to VMPro and find the video. Under security tab, you can check if the video release is enabled or not.

3- Your admin can check to which group this video belongs to under Group in Security tab if you can not find the video by yourself.



4- Then go to Administration.It is under Menu on the top right. Click on Users and find your account/user's account to check if they belongs to this group. If not, admins can add the user and give access to this user for this group.
