I can not find a video from VMPro to use in LSPro

Issue: I am creating an event and I want to use a video from my VMPro account for this event.

1- Go to Media.

2- Click 'Select a video from VideoManager Pro' for intro and outro states of your event. If you can not find the specific video in VMPro, it might be possible that the video is not released or you do not have permission to access to the video. To check if the video is released or not, go to your VMPro and find the video. Under security tab, you can check if the video release is enabled. If it is not release as shown in the example screenshot, please release the video.



3- If you can not find the video in your account, please contact with your internal admin first. Your admin can check which group this video belongs to under Security tab and check your user to see if you are assigned to this group. 



4- To verify a user's permissions, navigate to Menu → Administration → Users. Locate the user's account to see if they belong to the required group. If they are not a member, your internal admin can add them under the Groups section and assign an appropriate role for this group.
