NOTE: This workflow is still possible, but outdated. Now, normally, customers have access directly to a subscription manager and they can create autonomously their events.
To be able to edit the template when the coupon/ event is created or even for various other purpose.
Step by step Guide:
1. In cockpit under Admin panel > select Email Template
2. Predefined templates can be found for different use cases
Use cases :
- Event created
- Participant registered
- Coupon created
- Guest invited
- Recording uploaded
- Post-event feedback
3. When clicked on the drop-down menu, the Email address can be specified (which can be used to reply to the emails)
Preview of the email can be seen/ edited additional information/ images can be added using the available functions.
