- Administrator right to the VideoManager Pro account
With the new analytics solution, users who have the right to access the frontend of the new Analytics solution can see the data for all videos (irrespective of the group that the video belongs to). For this reason, the rights must be assigned to the authorized users in VideoManager Pro.
- Login to the VideoManager Pro account
Go to the Administration Area
In the left-side panel, click on "Roles"
- Select an existing role or create a new role
- In the right-side panel, enable Analytics NEW
Note: Once enabled, all users with the corresponding role, will have access to the Analytics solution.
- Assign this role to all relevant users
Any user with the relevant role can then see the Analytics (New) under the main menu.
Note: In case the analytics option is not visible, please try to log out and log in again.
And when clicked on Analytics (New) user will be redirected to Analytics dashboard automatically. The notifications on bottom right corner indicates the user email id and to the account to which user has logged in. The Account "VM_a141c1b..." indicated the hashed VideoManager Pro Id and the role should always be "[Tenant]".
Note: Please contact email@example.com in case the role is different from Tenant.
