Channel/Subchannel is missing in CorporateTube

Issue: We have a channel/subchannel in VMPro, which is not displayed in CorporateTube. How can I fix this?

To add the channel to your CorporateTube, please go to CorporateTube Administration in the main menu.

In the CorporateTube administration area,

1. Go to Content.

2. Under Channel Navigation you can add the desired channel from the drop-down menu.
If you select the channel disabling the option 'use as root channel(s)', in the dropdown you will see all the subchannels. If you enable this option, subchannels will appear next to the channel.

In CT Administration :



In CT:

If you just select the subchannels without enabling 'use as root channel(s)', you will see the subchannels directly in CT. If you enable the option 'use as root channel(s)', first main channel will be displayed and there will be a dropdown to select the sub channel in CT.

3. Save the changes.

4. The changes are immediately displayed in CorporateTube.
