Issue: There is a video where I can not find it in CorporateTube.
The connection of the content between a CorporateTube and a connected VideoManager Pro is guaranteed by a special user in your VideoManager Pro account. These users are known as "technical users". The technical user determines which videos and channels from VideoManager Pro can be shown in the CorporateTube.
If the technical user does not have access to a particular channel, you cannot select it in the CorporateTube Administration. Which means if the technical user does not have access to the channel or the video, so the video is not visible in CorporateTube.
To make the video available, you can either add the CorporateTube technical user to the group or you can also add the same video to the CorporateTube channel.
- Check the group of the video that you cannot find in CT
- Log in to your VideoManager Pro.
- Search for the video.
- Click on the video and go to Security tab. Here you will see the group of this video, f.e. Unternehmen.
- Go to Administration under Menu on the top right. Head to Users. Find the technical user for CT, and check the groups the user belongs to. Make sure that the group of the video, is accessible for this user.
The group will probably not accessible for this user. To fix this, go to Groups and select the group. Add the technical user to this group with a role such as admin, editor,producer. etc.

You can also change the group of the video to a group where technical user already belongs.
