There is a channel in my VideoManager Pro but I'm not able to see it.
Every channel in your VideoManager Pro account belongs to a specific ownership group. If your user does not belong to the group, or its role within group does not have the rights to see the channels, then you cannot see that specific channel.
In the channel navigation bar, I cannot open the channels with the lock icon.
If you do not have the rights to see a specific channel, that channel will be shown as "locked". You cannot open it or see its content.
NOTE
If you are an admin of your VideoManager Pro and you have access to a channel, you can make it visible for everybody. In the admin area, click on "Channel Access". In the middle bar, select the channel. On the right side, you can toggle channel's visibility.
In the Channel Access view, you will see the first level channels; sub-channels have the same ownership group of their parent channel.
In the CorporateTube administration area, I cannot find a VideoManager Pro channel that I would like to show in our CorporateTube.
If you cannot find a specific channel on your CorporateTube administration, the technical user of your account probably does not have access to it. Consult the troubleshooting guide for more information.
In Webcast Manager, when selecting a pre-live, post-live or on-demand video, I cannot find a specific channel from my VideoManager.

In which order are channels shown?
Channels are shown in alphabetic order in the channel navigation menu.
