How to subscribe for movingimage Status Page

Objective

This guide shows how to subscribe to our platform status page, in order to be notified, in case of temporary maintenance on our services and/or updates on our platform services and applications. You can subscribe to get instant messages via mail or SMS.

Step-by-step guide how to Subscribe with your email address:

1. Go to https://status.movingimage.com/

NOTE You can also access our status page through a link directly from your VideoManager Pro. Just click on "help" from the top green bar and then on the status page link.

2. Click on "SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES" link.

3. From the email tab (opened by default), insert your email address and click on "SUBSCRIBE VIA MAIL"

4. You will see a confirmation message on the page and a confirmation mail will be sent to your email address.

5. Open your email inbox and the mail you have just received (remember to check your SPAM if you did not get any mail after five minutes).

6. Click on "Confirm subscription".

7. You will be forwarded to our status page and get a "Great! Your email is now subscribed to movingimage EVP GmbH" confirmation message.

8. From now on, you will get an email every time our status page is updated.

Step-by-step guide on how to Subscribe via text messages:

1. Go to https://status.movingimage.com/

NOTE You can also access our status page through a link directly from your VideoManager Pro. Just click on "help" from the top green bar and then on the status page link.

2. Click on the "SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES" link.

3. Click on the phone tab, from the drop-down menu select the land prefix of your number, insert your mobile number and click on "SUBSCRIBE VIA TEXT MESSAGES"

4. You will see a confirmation message on the page and a confirmation text will be sent to your mobile phone.

5. On your mobile phone, open the text message and click on the link at the bottom.

6. You will be forwarded to our status page on your default browser on your phone and you will on the page a "Great! Your phone is now subscribed to movingimage EVP GmbH" confirmation message.

7. From now, you will get a message text on your phone every time our status page is updated.
