I can not publish a video in VMPro

If you want to publish a video, but you can not; please check the following solutions.

1. It could be possible that you don't have the rights to publish a video. For example, the video you want to publish is belongs to 'Group A' and you have the role 'Editor' for Group A. In the Administration section, find the 'Editor' under Roles and check the permissions. Make sure that you have the permission to 'Publish videos'. You can not have the permissions to check this section, but your internal admins have access to this section.



2. If you have the permission to publish a video but you can not, it could be related to caching issues. Sometimes the frontend doesn’t get updated due to caching issues. In this case,  user have to reload the browser so the publish button is not greyed out anymore. Then you should be able to release the video under the Security tab.
