Troubleshooting: Video is blurry during playback

In general the player automatically calculates the available bandwidth on the user's side and selects the best possible quality for playback to prevent buffering. Users can also manually select a different quality in the player if needed.

There are several reasons why a video might appear blurry during playback:

1. The video was uploaded in low quality, so the player cannot switch to higher quality even if bandwidth allows it
2. Limited bandwidth on the user's side causes the player to automatically select lower quality to prevent buffering
3. The user manually selected a low quality setting
