Problem
In the web page where a video is embedded or in the share-URL, I see the error message "Video is not available" instead of the player.
Solution
1) Check if the video is published
- Go to VMPro
- Select your video
- Click on the accordion "Security"
- Toggle the publish button
2) Check the security policy
- Go to VMPro
- Select your video
- Click on the "Security" accordion
- Ensure that the Security Policy selected isn't restricting access to the video (example: If a video is referrer protected you cannot share it via watch-/share-URL unless you have added the standard domain (e.video-cdn.net) to the whitelisted referrers which is rather unusual)

3) Re-sync settings
Sometimes, the player and VideoManager Pro are no longer in sync. If this is the case, follow these steps:
- Go to VideoManager Pro
- Select your video
- Click on the "Security" accordion
- Toggle the publishing status Off & On again.
